3. Can I cancel a custom or engraved piece of jewelry?
Unfortunately, custom-designed and engraved pieces cannot be canceled once the production has started. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order for personalized items.
4. What happens if my order has already been shipped?
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may return the item for a full refund, as long as it meets our return policy requirements. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
5. Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Changes to your order, such as altering the size or adding items, can only be made within 24 hours after placing the order. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make any changes.
6. Will I be refunded if I cancel my order?
If your order is canceled within the allowed time frame (usually within 24 hours), you will receive a full refund. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Can I cancel my order if it’s a sale item?
Orders for sale items are subject to the same cancellation policy as regular orders, as long as they meet the conditions for cancellation (within 24 hours and before the item is processed or shipped).
8. What happens if I request a cancellation after 24 hours?
After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed or shipped. In this case, we are unable to cancel the order, but you may return the item following our return policy once you receive it.
