Can you engrave my ring/jewelry for Free?

We provide free customization/personalization services and would be more than happy to engrave a ring/jewelry for you. At the time of placing an order there is a “order notes” section on the checkout page. Please write down the instruction over there.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

Yes, we do offer gift-wrapping services.

Can I track my order?

Yes,A GRA certificate is provided with your Moissanite purchase, containing all the details about the stone. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

How does Moissanite compare to Diamonds?

Moissanite has more fire and brilliance than diamonds, but it is slightly less hard. It’s also more affordable while being visually similar.

What materials are used in your jewellery?

We use a variety of high-quality materials, including 925 sterling silver, 18k gold, platinum, and ethically sourced gemstones. Each product description specifies the materials used.
